The San Carlos Children's Theater (SCCT) was established as a non-profit organization in 1990 with the goal of providing children of the community the opportunity to participate in acting classes and stage productions. Our program has helped over 2000 children discover their creative abilities.

Auditions at San Carlos Youth Center
Wednesday, September 3 from 4 PM or Saturday, September 6 from 12:30 PM, Sign up online for an audition appointment (please see signup form).  Tuesday, September 9 from 4 PM for call backs if needed.  Monologue optional. Come prepared to move.

Audition requirements; ages 8-18.  Families are required to work a minimum of 20-25 hours towards the production as well as help with their actor’s costume.

Rehearsals 9/21-11/5. Sundays 1-5 and Wednesdays 6-8:30
Tech Rehearsals 11/9 from 10-5, 11/10-13 from 6-10
Performances 11/14, 15, 16,  21, 22, 23.  Friday & Saturday at 7:30 and Sundays at 1:30
Mandatory Parent meeting 9/21 from  12-1:30 PM

Fee:  $190 registration fee + $125 production fee
Registration fee due at audition and will be processed three days after cast list is posted if actor is cast in show.  Production fee due at initial parent meeting.  Checks and credit cards accepted for registration fee.  Check or cash accepted for production fee.  No registration fee refund after it is processed. No production fee refunds after initial parent meeting.
