As a non-profit organization, San Carlos Children’s Theater relies on donations to continue its award-winning programs. Unfortunately, registration fees, ticket sales and memberships just aren’t enough to cover expenses. The stability and success of SCCT is dependent on the loyal dedication of individuals and businesses who financially support our educational programs year after year. We could not be successful without the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and theater members.

We hope you will help SCCT thrive by making a donation this year. Donations small or large make a big difference!  Every cent goes back into our theater to enhance performing arts education for youth on the Peninsula. SCCT would not be what it is today without the help of dedicated theater lovers like you. We thank you in advance for your support.

SCCT is a non-profit organization under IRS Section 501(c)(3).

All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Fed. ID # 94-3165692.

Thank you for helping SCCT!

More About Us…

San Carlos Children’s Theater is committed to the community and providing exceptional theater training to students throughout the Peninsula. Since its inception in 1990, SCCT has become a leader and family favorite in youth theater, producing over 130 shows, training more than 11,000 aspiring young actors, and entertaining over 21,000 Bay Area families. SCCT provides students ages 5-18 with quality theatrical experiences which foster creative and critical thinking skills, develop leadership, build self-confidence, and teach teamwork in a supportive, safe environment. We strongly believe that the process is just as important for the student as the product, and strive to help performers discover more about themselves as they learn the fundamentals of performing arts and technical production. Through after-school drama classes, musical theater camps, specialized workshops, and full-scale productions, SCCT nurtures each student’s imagination and creative aspirations to help them reach their full potential and develop a life-long love for the arts.

As part of its mission, SCCT hopes to inspire an appreciation for the performing arts among both its students and community youth at large.  As we strive towards this goal we believe it is important to:
* Produce quality entertainment and fun for children, teens, and adults
* Collaborate with local schools
* Value process, as well as product
* Create pride and a sense of accomplishment
* Foster a sense of inclusion & camaraderie
* Apply a holistic developmental approach
* Develop life-long skills in communication, presentation & collaboration
* Supply professional, caring, creative educators
* Participate in and give back to the local community

Thank you for your support and interest in San Carlos Children’s Theater. Welcome to our theater family!
